- 3If you are not a Hawkesbury Family Health Organization patient, click “No”. If you are, click “Yes”.
- 4Select “Dr. Bercier – Hawkesbury” as the location.
- 5Select “Dr. Bercier – Hawkesbury – Vasectomy” as the type of appointment.
- 6Select the date and time of your appointment. (The system will automatically direct you to the next available date.)

Fill out all requested sections.
For “NOTIFICATION METHOD” select “Email”. We do not communicate via text message.
For ”IDENTIFICATION”, choose the province of your health card and enter your health card number. - 8Review the information, accept the condition, and submit your request.
- 9Click on the “Start Pre-visit Qnaires” icon.
- 10Answer all questions in the questionnaire as precisely as possible. Once complete, review the information and make note of your appointment date and time in your calendar.
At this point, the appointment will be temporarily reserved. Prior to confirming the appointment, we will need to receive your payment and a referral from a medical doctor or nurse practitioner. You will receive an email within a few days with information on how to complete these two steps.

I was nervous when I got there , but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The procedure took approx 10 min and the doctor has a good taste of music as well 😉
It was quick and inviting. Everything was described during the procedure and it was a breeze. Felt no discomfort. Dr. Dumais did a fantastic job. The blue balls at the end was a great treat to walk out with!
I had a great time! 10/10 - would have my vasectomy here again. Doctor was very chill, and I barely noticed him handling my junk. Staff was also very chill, but they didn't handle my junk, though. The review is asking for pictures, but I had a vasectomy and nobody wants to see that.

I travelled from out of town to get this specific type of procedure done, and I was extremely pleased with the result.The experience was easy, painless and super efficient. I actually arrived 15 mins before my appt to register - and was out the door before the scheduled time of my appointment. The procedure was very easy, the staff was thorough with the aftercare instructions, and I am currently recovering well with no complications. I highly recommend you consider Dr. Bercier and the team if you are looking at getting a vasectomy. Well worth the drive.
Very pleasant and professional. Lovely staff, also gave comfort chocolate after procedure, so they got me there!I'm resistant to local anesthetic, and Dr Dumais really took the time to make sure it took and added more at the slightest discomfort. She also took the time to chat and make conversation, and asked which music I'd like so I could be as relaxed as possible.I was in and out the door in about 20 minutes. Thanks team!
